I have been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker since 1989 and have always been a top producing agent with the company. In early 2007, I started working with Ishortsale, Inc. for the approval and processing ofmy short sale transactions.
I am thrilled to have recently closed escrow on a $1.5M short sale transaction with them. Quite frankly, many of my colleagues doubted it would be approved.
